By accessing and using the VCV English Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, including our Privacy Policy, so it is important that you read this Agreement carefully before you create an account. We may update this Agreement from time to time, so you should check this page regularly for updates.
2. ACCOUNT ELIGIBILITY; YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Before you create an account on the VCV English Platform, make sure you are eligible to use our Content and Services. By using the VCV English Platform, you represent and warrant that: You have not previously been removed from the VCV English Platform by us, unless you have our express written permission to create a new account.
3. USING THE VCV ENGLISH PLATFORM
You agree to: a) Comply with this Agreement, and check this page from time to time to ensure you are aware of any changes; b) Use the latest version of the Website and/or App; c) Treat other Users in a courteous and respectful manner, both on and off the VCV English Platform; d) Be respectful when communicating with any of our employees; e) Take reasonable measures to protect the security of your login information.
5. CONTENT
It is important that you understand your responsibilities with regard to the Content on the VCV English Platform. All videos are copyrighted so you can't use them anywhere else. You are also prohibited from posting inappropriate content through the chat system. While using the VCV English Platform, you will have access to content and videos that we provide only for VC classroom use. In this Agreement, "Content" includes, without limitation, all text, images, videos, audios, or other material on the VCV English Platform.
ضوابط و مقررات استفاده از اپلیکیشن های وی سی وی
کلیه خدمات صرفا به آموزشگاه های نمایندگی وی سی وی (مدرسین و زبان آموزان آنها) ارایه می شود.
فروش کتاب و خدمات به صورت فردی انجام پذیر نخواهد بود.
وی سی وی نفع مادی و غیر مادی در خدمات آموزشی که آموزشگاه های عضو ارایه می کنند ندارد.
خدمات اپلیکیشن برای زبان آموزان و مدرسین رایگان می باشد و وی سی وی هیچگونه نفع مادی در ارایه خدمات ندارد. ممکن است بعضی از خدمات (در صورت درخواست زبان آموزان و مدرسین) رایگان نباشد که در این صورت به شما اطلاع داده خواهد شد.
خدمات اپلیکیشن در صورتی برای زبان آموزان و مدرسین قابل استفاده می باشد که از کتاب های وی سی وی استفاده کنند و کد فعال سازی (activation code) موجود در داخل کتاب ها را ثبت کرده باشند.
حق استفاده از اپلیکیشن و خدمات آن تا زمانی ادامه دارد که شما عضو رسمی یکی از کلاس های نمایندگی های رسمی باشید.
کتاب های وی سی وی صرفا مخصوص استفاده انحصاری در آموزشگاه های طرف قرارداد بوده و امکانات جانبی این کتاب ها و خدمات دیگر آن فقط شامل این آموزشگاه ها می شود.
مدرسین ابتدا توسط مدیریت آموزشگاه خود و سپس توسط دپارتمان آموزش وی سی وی تایید می شوند تا بتوانند از خدمات سایت استفاده کنند. ممکن است از مدرسین آزمون های خاصی به عمل آید.
وی سی وی در مرکز مالکیت معنوی سازمان ثبت اسناد و املاک کشور به شماره: 240343 ثبت شده است. هر گونه استفاده از آن و یا هرگونه فعالیت آموزشی/ انتشاراتی تحت این عنوان و عناوین مشابه ممنوع می باشد. متخلفان به موجب قانون ثبت اختراعات، طرح های صنعتی، و علایم تجاری تحت پیگرد قانونی قرار می گیرند.
